Ambient Jobs are able to offer a range of services locally, some of which have previously been unavailable through any other English speaking recruitment companies in Spain (Costa Del Sol) and Gibraltar.

We are completely transparent as an organisation in the way we operate and are happy to discuss the services below in depth at your request.

Traditional Contingent Recruitment

This is our most commonly supplied service. You give us the requirement that needs to be filled, we identify and present relevant candidates for interview. If you hire one of the candidates we present, then a fee is paid to us by you. We do offer a guarantee on individuals we introduce.

Advertised Selection

For larger campaigns or, for instance, when the response may be overwhelming to a smaller organisation, we run advertisements (local and internet based) with your corporate branding, then manage the response on your behalf.

Executive Search

Usually associated with high level or difficult to fill positions. This involves us coming along to your premises, taking an in depth person and job specification and then going out into the market and “head hunting” suitable individuals. This service requires an upfront payment, deducted from the final invoice.

Contract and Temporary Staff

Sometimes as an employer you will only require staff for fixed periods of time (in instances such as maternity or holiday cover) or maybe just to assist in certain projects or times of heavy workloads. We are able to supply staff for any period of time and charge these candidates to you at an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly rate. Please call us to discuss this service.
